The hotel is in a perfect location near Piccadilly. The bed in my room was super comfortable and quiet.

lovely room and convenient location
efficient staff early check-in helpful staff spacious room
the reception staff were efficient when i arrived early. they allowed me to check in since my room was prepared. the staff at the restaurant were helpful to my child as well because he has special needs. my room was spacious it easily accommodated my child's disability push chair.
the heating system did not seem very effective the room felt cold even after i adjusted the thermostat.

the staff was nice at the second room and food i had.
the first room wasnt good i needed a change. i asked for a low room because i cannot use lifts but they give me one on the first floor. its not what i ask for and it annoys me.

spacious room wonderful toiletries perfect location friendly staff
The room I stayed in was so spacious. It had wonderful toiletries from Arran Aromatics, what a treat! Location superb, close to Piccadilly Station and perfect for getting around. Staff friendly, especially when winds kept us from flying home. They didn't raise prices, it meant so much.
Lighting in the room felt a bit too dim for my liking, but I managed.

The hotel boast a gym with three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights, ideal for maintaining a fitness routine. There is also a spa, but I did not was great.

coffee machine clean room
We were in the Club Twin room. It was clean and quite spacious. There was a kettle and a coffee machine there.
The room only had one bedside table in it. It made it hard to place glasses and books. The tap water tasted HORRIBLE and they could do with bottles in the room.
